Coaching for Professional Success
Coaching for Professional Success sessions are designed to provide high-touch one-on-one coaching for young professionals who desire actionable advice and strategies tailored to their specific career objectives. The sessions are complementary to products and services offered by TweakCentric. All CPS sessions are hosted virtually and pre-work is required. Given the tailored nature of the sessions, sessions will not hold unless assigned pre-work has been completed.
Funke Faweya
Funke has over ten years of experience working in global operations, strategy, management consulting, sales/marketing and organizational development roles at PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Bain & Company, SheaMoisture/Sundial Brands and Unilever. She has worked across the US, Japan/Korea, Western Europe, India, ASEAN, Brazil, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa in a variety of FMCG sectors.
Born and raised in Nigeria, Funke attended Loyola Jesuit College where she was Head Girl. She also holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Funke is passionate about helping younger professionals plan for success in their careers. As an immigrant working in the US and a post MBA graduate working in Africa, she is well equipped to provide guidance on the variety of career path opportunities and challenges facing young people.

This coaching session provides specific guidance on what it will take for you to gain admission to top-ranked business schools such as Harvard, MIT, Wharton, Stanford GSB, and INSEAD as well as discuss actionable ways to strengthen your applicant profile.
